We currently offer 1–3 month rentals at our Benesta Residence (Beyoğlu), Roya Nova Residence (Ümraniye) and As Maslak (Sarıyer) residences. Available apartments in these residences are listed automatically on this page.

How are prices set for 1–3 month rentals?

What if I am staying less than 30 days?

For stays of 0–30 days, you can check availability and book online on our Benesta Residence short-stay page.

What if I am staying longer than 101 days?

For stays of 101 days or more, see our long-term listings; monthly prices are shown in the listings.

Can we rent on behalf of our company?

Yes, the apartments can be invoiced to a company. For several employees, you can request a quote on our Corporate Housing page.
