The deposit amount is clearly stated on each apartment’s listing page. At move-out the apartment is checked against the handover report and the deposit is refunded according to the terms of the contract; there are no surprise deductions.
No. For long-stay rentals, a monthly utility fee for electricity, water, natural gas and internet, and a maintenance fee, are charged separately; the amounts are clearly stated in each listing. You don’t need to open subscriptions or keep track of bills. Bills are settled at check-out.
Yes. Our apartments are delivered furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, appliances, and a bed linen and towel set; you don’t need to buy anything extra.
